Survey on racism within RFSL

RFSL

As a member-based organisation, it is important for RFSL that all members can participate in an including and safe environment. In the project "LGBTQ people's experiences of racism" we now send out a survey in order to find out how RFSL is perceived as anti-racist organization.

As a member-based organisation, it is important for RFSL that all members can participate in an including and safe environment. As a step towards achieving this, RFSL has adopted an anti-racist action plan that demands that the organisation continuously works internally against racist structures.

In the project “LGBTQ people’s experiences of racism” we now send out a survey in order to find out how RFSL is perceived as anti-racist organization. The survey contains questions about how RFSL is perceived when it comes to treatment, inclusion, and representation, what experiences there are of being subjected to or witness racism within RFSL, as well as whether RFSL is working with anti-racist issues.

The target group for the survey is anyone who has been in contact with RFSL at some point, and therefore can answer questions about how RFSL is perceived as an organisation. Please help us share the information about the survey to your friends!

Deadline to answer is June 24. Thank you for participating!
