RFSL calls to remove misleading logotype

RFSL

It has come to our attention that a website has used RFSL logotype without our permission. Noah Pride, a website that seems to promote LGBT issues, uses the RFSL logotype in ’’Our Partners’’ section and states that RFSL is perceived as a potential partner in fine print.

Using our logotype in this context is in violation of our intellectual property as well as creates a a false impression of partnership. RFSL hereby refutes a perceived relationship with the website, invidivuals or organizations in charge of the website and calls to responsbile parties to immediately remove our logotype.

RFSL partner organization in Armenia, PINK, has been unable to confirm the persons behind the website.
