About us

RFSL Umeå is a local branch of RFSL — The Swedish Federation for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Rights. We are a non-profit organisation that works with and for the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people (LGBT). It is non-partisan and not affiliated with any religious organisation. RFSL Umeå was founded in 1972.

We work to improve the quality of life for LGBT people in Umeå and the surrounding area by providing social and support activites.
